1. Order Processing

All orders placed on cleanmei.com are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note that orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT+8) will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing may take up to 3 business days, and we will notify you via email if there is any delay.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to the following regions:


  • Mainland China
  • Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan regions of China
  • Selected international countries/regions including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and major countries in the European Union. For a full list of eligible countries, please check the shipping options during checkout.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

3.1 Mainland China

  • Standard Shipping (via China Post Registered Air Mail):
    • Delivery time: 3-7 business days
    • Applicable to all provinces and cities
  • Express Shipping (via SF Express/Yuantong Express):
    • Delivery time: 1-3 business days
    • Available for most cities; remote areas may take an additional 1-2 days

3.2 Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan

  • Express Shipping:
    • Delivery time: 2-5 business days
    • Requires recipient signature upon delivery

3.3 International Shipping

  • International Standard Shipping:
    • Delivery time: 7-15 business days (varies by destination country/region)
  • International Express Shipping (via DHL/FedEx):
    • Delivery time: 3-7 business days
    • Provides door-to-door service with real-time tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimated and do not include customs clearance delays or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, or transportation disruptions.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, destination, and selected shipping method. You can view the exact shipping fee during checkout before completing your payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the order status by logging into your account on cleanmei.com and navigating to "My Orders".

For international shipments, tracking information may take 1-2 business days to become available after the package leaves our warehouse.

6. Important Notes

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to modify your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • Customs and Duties: For international shipments, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country/region. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • Restricted Items: Due to aviation and customs regulations, certain products (such as aerosol sprays exceeding 100ml) may have shipping restrictions. We will notify you promptly if any items in your order cannot be shipped to your destination.
  • Delivery Issues: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service within 48 hours. We will assist you in investigating the issue with the courier service.
